  - MyBalloon.co.uk is an e-commerce platform specializsng in balloon products and party accessories. We offer a wide range of products, including air-filled designs, helium-filled foil clusters, and personalized balloon clusters - with a view of delivering large structured balloon artists designs as we expand. 

2. Why should I become a member?
  - As a member, you'll have the ability to reach a broader audience through our established platform. You'll also benefit from our marketing efforts and customer support. You never have to worry about sourcing stock from sales we make (we send you everything). You will receive the order information no later than 3 days in advance, but generally most oorders are well in advance which will give you time to ensure helium and staffing levels are adequate. We won't be stopping at private functions, our marketing schedule covers all functions, all events big, small, conferences etc... Be ready!

3. How do I become a member?
  - To become a member, simply express interest on our website HERE. Join the queue for applications to be sent out. Once registered, we will add your store/s to our listing for'

4. Is there a membership fee?
  - Membership is free. We simply reach customers with our strong dynamic marketing plan, make sales and direct work and revenue to your business. Some members are using myballoon.co.uk as their e-commerce online presence - yes, its that good!

5. What support is available for members?
  - We offer comprehensive support, including marketing assistance, customer service, and technical support to help you succeed on our platform. We aim to visit you often and will send a team to train your staff on the more advanced balloon artists designs, or new designs we introduce that are a little more complex.

6. What materials will I need?
  - We send you everything you will need including foil and latex balloons, pre cut picked vinyl including transfer tape. All you need is inflating equipment, helium (for helium designs), and ribbon. We will even send you the weights!

7. How do I manage my inventory and orders?
  - Our platform includes inventory management tools to help us  keep track of stock levels so you don't have to!

8. What payment methods are supported?
  - We support various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal, ensuring a smooth transaction process for our customers. You simply get paid monthly for your helium/time.

9. How do I handle shipping and delivery?
 - You can opt in to offer a hand delivery service at a rate you're happy with. Rates will vary based on postal codes near you - you decide!
